The Seminole County Sheriff confirmed two bodies discovered over the course of the last six days are positively identified as 35-year-old Tiffany Church and boyfriend 26-year-old Trodarius Rainey.

Rainey was found on December 31, 2020 in the wooded area of Lake Jesup Park in Sanford by a man walking his dog. At the time of this discovery, authorities said they were still searching for his girlfriend, Tiffany Church.
Authorities say that on January 5, 2020, another body was discovered in the Wynwood neighborhood area near railroad tracks, and those remains are now positively linked to Church. Reports say fingerprint identification and evidence at the scene confirmed the body identification.

The sheriff's office says the couple was last seen on December 30, 2020 at a gas station. Only 24 hours later a rented black 2021 Toyota Camry, previously occupied by Church and Rainey, was abandoned in Sanford, FL.
SCSO spokesman Bob Kealing reportedly spoke out saying, How both these victims died is something that is so heinous, and we will work to ensure that the families of these victims find closure and that the person or people responsible for this are held accountable to the fullest extent of the law."

During a press conference Seminole County Sheriff Dennis Lemma reportedly said they are "honing in" on possible persons of interest in this case.

If you know anything, please contact the Seminole County Sheriff's Office at 407-665-6650 or Crimeline at (800) 423-TIPS (8477). Authorities say the tips will remain anonymous and information leading to the felony arrest of a suspect or recovery of stolen property and drugs could lead to a reward.
