US Marshals say James Garland Watts has been on the run since Easter Sunday in 2008. It was on that fateful day when authorities say he entered a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania home and allegedly opened fire, killing 40-year-old Shawnta Lee and wounding her husband David who was 54-years-old at the time.

Investigators say David survived the attack, but Watts fled the scene of the crime and has remained on the run ever since. Police have reportedly described the alleged attack as a home invasion and burglary.

Watts is also a Pennsylvania State Police Most Wanted fugitive.
