PARKER COUNTY, TX — A Texas wedding photographer and swimsuit model has been arrested after she allegedly got drunk, has sex with a guest, and urinated on a tree, according to multiple reports.

Katie Mehta, 26, who goes by her professional name, “Max McIntyre,” was arrested on Saturday at the wedding, according to WFAA-TV and the Houston Chronicle.

An off-duty sheriff’s deputy stated that he was working security at the wedding when he “was advised by the wedding party that a female subject had been found having sexual intercourse with a male there,” according to an arrest report obtained by WFAA-TV.

When he confronted the photographer, she allegedly became enraged and left the scene. En route, according to the report, she “went to a tree nearby and began to urinate.”

Police said that they smelled alcohol on Mehta and found a prescription of Alprazolam, commonly known as Xanax, during a search.

During the arrest, Mehta allegedly made various threats to officers, telling them, “Y’all families will be dead by Christmas" and “Y’alls daughters are dead,” according to the Star-Telegram.

A woman claiming to be Mehta’s sister said that her sibling had told her a different story. She said Mehta claimed that the altercation started after she went outside at the wedding and two men tried to do “inappropriate things” to her.

Mehta was charged with public intoxication and a felony charge of obstruction or retaliation, according to People.

She was released on November 25 after bonding out, paying $10,738. Neither Mehta nor her lawyer have responded to People’s requests for comment.
