Jesse Florez
According to authorities, Jesse Gabriel Florez vanished on September 14, 2002. Jesse was last seen in Phoenix, AZ. Authorities said he had plans to attend a party, but has not been seen since. Jesse’s nickname is “Lil Droopy.” The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children created an age progressed photo of what Jesse may look like at the age of 33.
On the 19th anniversary of Florez's disappearance, 12 News spoke to his sister Veronica Alvarado. She told the affiliate, “It is very raw, the feelings of him not being around. It's a struggle." Veronica added, “It's indescribable…the way we have to go through holidays without him.”

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children says Joseph Rosa disappeared from Orlando, FL and could be with his father, Thomas Rosa. Joseph was only 17-years-old when he vanished. According to Joseph’s sister, the pair were in the process of traveling to Mexico in a red GMC truck, but they never made it to their destination.

Brooke Roberts
In October 2019, authorities said Brooke Roberts, who was only 11-years-old at the time, disappeared with her family. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department said John Roberts and Julie Englehart, Roberts parents, were last seen with her.
According to a press release, “The family moved from Hesperia, California to Ozark, Alabama in 2017, where John grew up. After returning to Hesperia in 2019, the family lived at the Motel 6 on Cataba Road in Hesperia during September and the beginning of October 2019.” Authorities said during a phone conversation with a relative, “Julie said she had found a job cleaning used trailers for an unknown business in the High Desert area.”
The family was possibly in the process of moving to the Spring Valley Lake area of California, investigators added.

According to published reports and authorities 5-year-old Lucian Munguia vanished from Sarg Hubbard Park on September 10, 2022. At this point, reportedly, there is no evidence of foul play. Numerous areas have been searched to find Lucian, who turned five after he went missing. According to Lucian’s family, he is autistic and non-verbal.

Diamond and Tionda Bradley
On July 6, 2001, authorities said Diamond Bradley, 3, and Tionda Bradley, 10, disappeared from their Chicago, IL home. At the time when the sisters went missing, their mother was at work, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) said.
FOX 32 reports that the girl's mother, Tracey Bradley, said her daughters were home when she left for work around 6:30 a.m. When Bradley returned around 1 p.m. to their third floor apartment, the children were missing. Reportedly, the girls' two other sisters, ages 12 and 9, were at their grandmother’s apartment. Although the girls were treated as runaways in the beginning, authorities sprung into action and organized searches and scoured the area for clues. NCMEC created age-enhanced photos of what Tionda and Diamond may look like today.

Authorities said Natanalie “Naty” Perez was last seen on June 1, 2012, in Miami, FL. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children reported, “But Naty wasn’t in Miami long before she became ensnared in a violent sex-trafficking ring that catered to wealthy men in fancy hotels, and her family was powerless to help her. Now, eight years later, her family is pleading with those who professed to be her friends to tell them what happened to her.”

Deborah Tinsely-Blackwell told the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children her 3-year-old son Reuben Blackwell was taken from her in 1996 and she hasn’t seen him since. Tinsley-Blackwell said her husband, Reuben Blackwell, was in a rage when he left with their son. Neither have been seen since. NCMEC said, "Tips have come in from around the country but father and son have not been found. Their names have not popped up in any record searches, and Blackwell believes they could even be out of the country if her husband didn’t carry out his threats. Her son’s father has been charged in a federal warrant with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution."

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children says Michelle Delfi-Feliciano was last seen with a family acquaintance when she was 4-years-old. It’s possible, also according to NCMEC, Michelle could be in the eastern part of the United States. WMUR 9 reports she could be more specifically in Boston or Lawrence, MA. The report added Michelle also has ties to Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut or Georgia. NCMEC also produced an age-enhanced photo of what Michelle Delfi-Feliciano may look like at the age of 30.

Authorities say Maya Kelly disappeared from Saluda, VA in December 2021. 13 News Now reported it’s possible she was communicating with someone from the military prior to when she vanished. WTVR reports “numerous” tips have led authorities to Gloucester, Portsmouth, Norfolk and Newport News, but Maya was not located. The same report said Maya disappeared in early 2021, but was later located before vanishing again.

Authorities said Enrique Medel was only 14-years-old when he went missing from Albuquerque, NM. According to the ABQ Journal, they spoke with Olivia Medel, Enrique’s mom in 2018. Olivia told the publication the last words she heard her son say were, “Mom, I know you’re going through a hard time. But things are going to get better.” The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children produced an age-enhancement of what Medel may look like as an adult. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children said Enrique has a tattoo of his name, “Medel” on his stomach, a tattoo on his shoulders and another across his knuckles.

The search continues for Codi Bigsby who was only 4-years-old when he vanished in January 2022. The child was reported missing by his father, WTKR reports. The community has rallied around this case, conducting searches and holding vigils in hopes of locating Codi. When Misty disappeared, her hair color was dyed a reddish pink, they added. In addition, according to NCMEC, she may be in need of medical attention. According to the Plainview Herald, a publication that heard from Misty’s mother Jennifer in 2020, Misty has the “mindset of a 13-year-old.” The report added, the rose tattoo was unfinished and it was outlined in red with a green stem.
