A Washington state burglary suspect had his truck was stolen while he was allegedly in the process of stealing from a business across the street, according to the police.

Security video at the scene appears to show a man on a bicycle riding past the truck and noticing Kelley's keys on the seat. The man on the video is then seen looking as if he’s loading his bike into the bed of the truck before getting into the vehicle and driving away, police said.

Upon further review of the circumstances, authorities said they discovered another crime had taken place at the same time. In a press release, Kennewick police allege Kelley parked at the lot, "because he was stealing items from a business across the street."

Authorities said they arrested Kelley on Sunday morning and charged him with burglary. The pickup truck is reportedly still missing .
