Man Threw Sex-, Meth- & Metal-Fueled 'Death Party' For Wife

Duane Johnson was charged with criminal neglect and receiving stolen property. This was in the context of checking his wife out of her nursing home and bringing her home to die, as per her wishes.

Johnson took it upon himself to throw a "death party" for her, during which they indulged in methamphetamine, had sex, and "rocked out" to Quiet Riot.

Man Who Threw Hot Coffee At McDonald's Employee Was Angry He Had To Wait For Fries

Joshua Noel was arrested for assaulting a McDonald's employee with a scalding-hot cup of coffee.

Noel explained that he was angry at the length of time he had to wait for his large order of French fries.

He faces charges of assault and battery second degree, according to the Camden Police Department.

Facial-Tattooed Woman Threatened To Blow Up A Virginia Beach 7-Eleven

Crystal Mostek pleaded no contest to the charges that she threated to blow up a 7-Eleven store with a bomb.

Her alleged explosive device turned out to be a hoax, but she's behind bars anyway. Her sentencing is scheduled for March 20

3 Young Brothers Discovered Alone & Sick In Squalid, Abandoned Home

Cops discovered three siblings, ages six, five, and two, abandoned and in bad shape.

The children and the house were filthy. The youngest was covered in urine and had a fever of 105 degrees when found.

Their mother, Linday Manriquez, explained that she had to leave the kids unsupervised while she worked, as she had no one to watch them. Officers noted that her “pupils were pin-point and her speech was slurred."

She is being charged with three counts of child neglect.

Man Threatened With Machete: 'I Have Something For You'

Ronald Thomas, of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, was arrested for threatening another man with a machete.

As he brandished the weapon, he yelled "I have something for you" at his victim.

His next court date is February 18.

Man Acquitted After 19 Years Of Murder Of Married Lover; Husband & Nephew Charged

Joaquin Leal was charged, along with his uncle, Googie Rene Harris, for the murder of Terry Cheek.

Their arrests were pivital in the release from prison and exoneration of Horace Roberts. Roberts had been behind bars, erroneously, for Cheek's murder for 19 years.

The mistake was realized due to DNA testing of evidence from the crime scene.

Kidnapped Woman Escapes Captor By Grabbing Steering Wheel & Crashing Vehicle

Casey Ray Nielsen, known by the nickname "Ogre," captured a woman by throwing a pillowcase over her head and tying her hands up with rope.

He held her for weeks, injecting her with drugs and raping her.

On December 6, following weeks in captivity, the woman finally got her chance to escape when Nielsen tried transporting her in his vehicle. She “[pulled] on the steering wheel, causing Mr. Nielsen to crash the car, and she was able to run from Mr. Nielsen,” the legal documents revealed.

Nielsen is charged with aggravated kidnapping, aggravated sexual assault, rape, possession of a dangerous weapon by a restricted person, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Registered Sex Offender Attempted To Lure Women & Minors Under False Pretenses

Arturo Martinez, registered sex offender, would solicit women through social media and websites using a fake name. He'd attempt to disguise his voice as a woman's.

In addtion, he would attempt to make connections through babysitting, cleaning, taxi, real estate, and delivery services, authorities said. His goal was to get victim into his home where he intended to commit sexual acts.

At least one victim he contacted was a 17-year-old girl.

Martinez was arrested on suspicion of contact with a minor with the intent to commit a sexual act.

Police Arrest Former Nurse For Rape Of Woman Who Gave Birth While In a Vegetative State

The world was in shock when the news spread about a woman, in a vegetative state in a care facility, who gave birth.

Nathan Sutherland was the nurse reponsible for the care of the patient at the time of the alleged assault.

He is being held on $500,000 bail bond and will be charged with one count of sexual assault and one count of vulnerable adult abuse.

Police say that the baby boy is healthy and "doing well."
