Annie Le was studying pharmacology in pursuit at of her PhD at Yale when she suddenly disappeared after having begun an experiment in a lab on campus.

In 2009 Annie Le was studying at prestigious Yale University, pursuing her PhD in pharmacology, when she suddenly disappeared on campus. On the day she was due to marry her remains were discovered after cadaver dogs had been brought in by the New Haven PD and discovered her. Along with her battered body detectives found a key pieces of evidence, a green pen, that would help lead authorities to the perpetrator of the heinous crime.
