HOLLYWOOD, CA — It's a case involving a former model, a brutal murder and millions of dollars.

An autopsy report released on Wednesday has revealed horrific new details about the night that Iana Kasian was allegedly killed and tortured by her wealthy graphic-novelist boyfriend, Blake Leibel, in West Hollywood.

In May 2016, the 30-year-old former model was found dead in the bed of her condominium by police. Kasian had been reported missing by her mother, according to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department. After breaking down the door to enter, they found her body inside.

According to authorities, she was mutilated before she was killed — and all of the blood was drained from her body.

Leibel, who was the victim's boyfriend and the father of her child, had barricaded himself in behind a door — and was later arrested. Leibel is the author of a series of comic books that he presented at Comic Con in New York in 2008, and wrote a graphic novel called Syndrome. The plot of Syndrome involves a serial killer who drains his victims' bodies of their blood.

He is also the son of Lorne Leibel, a wealthy Canadian real estate developer who was credited with building more than 30,000 homes in the Toronto area.

Leibel was charged with one count of murder, mayhem, aggravated mayhem and torture, along with special circumstance allegations that make him eligible for the death penalty.

According to the autopsy report, Kasian's scalp was missing — and was never found. The report also stated portions of the right side of her face, including her right ear, were torn off. There was also an injury to the victim's jaw, which the report said appeared to be human bite marks.

According to Los Angeles County sheriff's officials, Leibel had been arrested by Los Angeles police a week before Kasian's death on suspicion of felony rape and was out on bail at the time of the murder.

Kasian's mother Olga, who is now the guardian of Kasian and Leibel's one-year-old daughter, has filed a $56 million wrongful death lawsuit against Leibel.

Leibel is reported to have inherited millions from his late mother's estate.
