Cops: North Carolina Woman Accused Of Tying Up Husband & Cutting Off His Penis

Cops in North Carolina allege a woman tied up her husband and cut off his penis.

Victoria Frabutt, 56, of Newport was charged Tuesday morning with kidnapping and malicious castration following an alleged attack on her husband, Jason Frabutt, 61.

Major Jason Wank of the Carteret County Sheriff’s Department told Greenville's WITN-TV the alleged incident took place at the Frabutt residence.

Wank said James Frabutt is at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville. The alleged victim’s detached body part was reportedly recovered and placed on ice. Authorities have yet to comment on his condition.

According to WITN-TV, a sobbing Victoria Frabutt appeared in court on Tuesday. The district attorney reportedly argued Victoria Frabutt has ties to Connecticut, which make her a flight risk. The judge reportedly agreed and upped her initial bond of $100,000 to $500,000.

Police said they have no motive in the alleged attack. Victoria Frabutt is due back in court on September 20.
