In Rape Arrest, Mug Shot Shows Scratches From Alleged Victim Fighting Back

MURRAY COUNTY, GA — A former detention officer and jailer, 28-year-old Kirk Martin, was arrested for rape charges for an assault that is alleged to have lasted an entire night.

Martin and the victim had recently broken up, according to the arrest affadavit, but he still had a key to the apartment they had shared, which he used to enter.

He has been charged with with rape, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated assault, criminal attempt to commit sodomy, false imprisonment, and obstructing an emergency call.

Mom & Son Caught With Froot Loops, Cap'n Crunch, Fruity Pebbles 'Inundated' With THC

HALEDON, NJ — Mother and son Connie and Jason Rivera were pulled over by the cops for not signaling during a turn, and because neither one were wearing their seatbelt.

The officer hit the jackpot after discovering a stash of five pounds of marijuana and an assortment of snacks and sugar cereals "inundated" with THC.

Connie's mug shot maybe isn't as eye-catching as others we feature, but we commend the photographer for capturing the exact look of a woman in the possession of weed Froot Loops.

Woman, 21, Arrested For Stun Gun Attack On Girlfriend Of Her Child's Father

SPARTANBURG, SC — Savanna Grace White, 21, was arrested for attacking the current girlfriend of the father of her child — with a stun gun.

After deputies arrived to the melee, White told them she needed to go check on her baby, who was waiting in the car.

The victim had reportedly contacted the sheriff's office that morning to report White harassing her and to request a restraining order.

White was charged with third-degree assault and battery.

Passenger Arrested For Choking Driver Who Won't Stop Singing Christmas Songs In March

EAST DEER TOWNSHIP, PA — Police say that Clayton Thomas, 25, was being driven from a halfway house to a treatment class on Monday morning when the incident occurred. The driver of the vehicle was reportedly singing Christmas songs, and Thomas allegedly became so enraged that he “reached around [the driver’s] seat and began choking him.”

Authorities have not revealed exactly which Christmas song the driver was singing that may have allegedly motivated Thomas to take such violent action.

Texas Man Found Guilty Of Violating 5-Year-Old Adopted Daughter With Doll

DENTON, TX — John Scott Tufts, 48, was found guilty of three counts of injury to a child from an August 2016 incident.

His adopted five-year-old daughter was discovered with severe injuries to her private parts. The girl required surgery and a colostomy bag.

Tufts claimed that her briefly left the bathroom while he was bathing his daughter, and when he returned found a bloody Barbie doll inserted in the child's vagina.

A month before Tuft's arrest, his daughter reportedly told her therapist: “Daddy is mean. He put Elsa in my booty and I cried.”

VA Woman Arrested For Drinking Boxed Wine In Target & Leaving

STAFFORD, VA — Diana Thorne, 30, of Stafford County, Virginia, allegedly opened and consumed a cardbox box of wine in a Target store. She then left the store without paying.

She got pulled over by a deputy while driving, after he observed her flicking lit cigarette ashes out of her car window. He could smell alcohol on her and observed her having bloodshot eyes and slurring her words.

Thorne was taken to a hospital for a blood test, and became combative and reportedly kicked two officers.

She was charged with driving under the influence, assault and battery on a law enforcement officer, obstruction of justice, use of abusive language, and throwing an inflammatory object from a vehicle.

Florida DUI Driver Found With Bag Of Fake Urine Explained It Was For 'Role Play'

ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FL — A 29-year-old Florida man, Andrew Hartman, was arrested after causing a traffic accident.

Hartman was arrested on DUI charges and was observed to have "constricted pupils."

Deputies found a bag of fake urine in Hartman's car, which smelled of marijuana. Hartman explained to deputies that the urine was a "novelty" item and that he and his wife enjoy "role play" with it.

Florida Woman Called 911 To Report That Boyfriend 'Not Being Nice' To Her

PASCO COUNTY, FL — Florida woman Mary Ann Parrish, 40, has been arrested.

Authorities report that she dialed 911 multiple times in just a few hours to report that her boyfriend was not being nice to her.

Parrish was charged with using the 911 system “for purposes other than an emergency.”
